6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Return Policy: Returns are accepted only if:
    • The product is damaged/defective upon delivery.
    • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • Return Window: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
